Evolution Control Committee - Racked by rope
that should read "Rocked by Rape"

this song by ECC was one of the first internet acts (i forgot the actual term) where they flooded Napster w/ filenames of mp3s like "Radiohead - RARE" or "Sonic Youth - RARE" (the one that got me) and others like that...the file/song of course was theirs, w/ a great sample from Dan Rather.

i've also got a 7" from them somewhere lurking in my collection....they definitely took a few hints from Negativland (who, surprise surprise, is right after them in that mix you listed).
