I'm just using the HTML one right now. I had an awesome spell check for the previous version which doesn't work on 1.0

adblock is pretty cool, i should spend some more time figgering it out.
fireFTP is a superfast lil FTP proggy i've used a few times

a few others, but those are my favorites.

I am using minimizetotray for Thunderbird, have it installed for FireFox but don't use it that often. Nice for Thunderbird because it can be open and checking for mail but not taking up so much room on the task bar.

Oh if you use Thunderbird and Norton Anti Virus be ware of the email scanning features and the fact that it can quarantine your whole inbox, contact me for details on how to fix this if you are interested.
