A rigid fork for street. They're strong and you'll have better control and it will teach you bike handling. FUNN makes a 20mm disc rigid fork if you need 20mm.
manitou jumper, personally i dont think rigid forks have much place with mtb bikes...get a bmx if you are going to go that route. The jumper is one hell of a fork for street.
i rode rigid for a bit and hated it. feels perfect on my 20, but just horrible on the 26. if you're going the econo route... (which i ALWAYS am), i'd look for an 03, 04 DJ series 'zoki. drop it down to 100mm using this method: http://www.dcstreet.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=289
mine's been perfect for the street riding and DJing that i do.
The pike will be good with a new spring and the travel wound down. Before I got mine, Jim D let me try this with the gate and compression all the way up. It was basically rigid until he landed a big hit, then it sucked it up. Either way you're going to want to swap the spring.
