So I recently purchased a new Norco 4by frame on Ebay. I noticed all of the stickers but one on the top tube had clear coat over them, so I removed the sticker on the top tube. When I removed it, there was another one just like it under clear cost, but one number was different... I know this is not a steel frame, but WTF???
What is going on here....

That's got to be a mistake of some kind...they noticed it after clearcoating and just slapped a new correct sticker on top of it...there's no cromo on that frame for sure.
