The guy in the office next to me is gone today because his sister died (40yo). Before the rest of us could even get done talking about sending him flowers, someone came in and told us that one of our employees died (56yo). Just a few days ago, my co-worker's friend died (60yo).

What is happening lately!

my co-worker (whose friend just died) thinks it's the lunar eclipse. she came in and we were contemplating all this and then she suddenly goes, "are you spiritual?" and i'm like, uh-oh, here goes! and she's starts going off about how she's had this strange gift of hyper-awareness, had it since she was a kid, which i'm not sure what it had to do with anything, but then she starts going off about how we're all connected and the moon makes us do crazy things because it changes the earth

..."well, you know, the moon cycles and they affect the earth, and pulls the...you know, makes things change and people feel it"

i'm like, did you kill your friend?

thanks b, it is creepy. last night i went on a night hike and we started talking about some kid who died at one of the ski slopes here. he was so young and i wasn't upset at the death so much as how awful it would be for his parents and friends.

sorry to bring everyone down! just wanted to know if anyone else was experiencing people around them dropping dead....
