I tried Noteburner which worked great in converting my Itunes songs to MP3's, but it only allow 3 minute songs to be completely converted.

Any other suggestions?

WinMount International is best virtual cd drive.WinMount can mount ZIP, RAR, 7-ZIP, WIM ,ISO, and BIN files to a new virtual drive so that you can use files inside directly. You need not wait and extract them first. This save your time and disk space.

I like Daemon Tools. Works under Vista which was my first requirement. I've never used WinMount International though so I can't compare the two. In the past I've used Microsoft's Virtual CD-ROM but that doesn't work under Vista so I dropped it.

I'll have to check this out, I always find myself needing to mount some files but not make an iso out of them.

I use Alcohol 120%, btw.
