what big name pros have you met and what were they like? Were they cool, dicks or what? Ive met graves and milan and thats about it oh yah and seth harney from BCD. Id just kinda like to know the general attitude towards pros.

Every pro is a different human being with the only real appropriate generalization being that they all ride their bikes quite a bit.

I met Ross Milan, he races in the Mountain States Cup series, so I see him alot. He has borrowed tools from me a couple of times right before the race to do some final adjustments. He has a good attitude.

John Tomac is cool, albeit a little aloof. I worked for a company that sponsored these guys and they all dealt with me. I also met Johnny Waddell and he was definitely a good guy.

lenosky was at a chicago bike show doing trials stuff, then he went riding with a few locals, and when this one guy was hitting stuff smoother than him, he turned into a big arrogant assholebikeguy100k said:

i spent a week with jeff lenosky and chris clark (usa cycling trials camp 2000). jeff lenosky is not a "cockbag" by any means, imo. he actually was really cool.

Bummer man, Ross has never been anything but nice to me... 'course I've known him since he raced Expert and I was racing Beginner class... he's definitely a good guy in my book. I rode with Bender for a day. I guess he's not a pro racer, but makes his living from riding so therefore is a pro. He was super cool to ride and hang out with. But, I have not met any bikers that are not pretty laid back and cool to hang out with so I guess he's a normal biker type.
The only 2 pro's that I've met that I really liked were HEIDI and Marla.

yes that a a very "custom avatar" i appreciate your appreciation of it. i only have about 25 more potential avatars. i guess everyone has their days though. the 3 or 4 times i've chilled with him have been fun. however there is an heir about him that makes him stand of-ish in the beginning until ya get him laughing.
