I dunno if this has been covered, but I hear the term getting thrown around alot these days. I had thought it was someone who promoted American ideals in other countries, but that doesn't really seem to fit the way some people use it. Is my definition off or are peopel using it wrong?

Actually, I don't know if Bush could be called a neoconservative. He's being led around by the nose by them, but I'm not sure that makes him one.
