asian gardens are pretty cool. lots of museum options if she’d be into that (de young, sfmoma, etc.) the point reyes area is gorgeous, but it’ll take 1 - 1 1/2 hours to get up that way depending on where you go. Mountain Bike hall of fame is on the way out there...

There is a Czech pub off Columbus Ave, Cafe Prague IIRC. Have a goulash, it wasn't terrible IIRC.

There's a cool bar where the walls are plastered with classic porn centerfolds. The booths are made out of old jacuzzis and shit. Your kid would love it!!
Saw Dio with Heaven and Hell at the Warfield about 4 months before he passed. That was a badass show, up close/limited tickets too.
