Front Range, dude...
So...
I have an old Jamis Dragon frame that is not holding a post up anymore, for some strange reason (See related thread if interested...yawn...). I am stripping whats good (Pretty much everything, Thomson stem and post, XO and X9 derailleurs, RF cranks, Rhino lite wheels and SD 7 brakes, Bomber fork) and am left with the quandry of what to do with the frame? Do I try to sell it as is on Egay? Put it in the recycling (HA! No pun intended...), put it on
the curb? Any suggestions? Real or otherwise?

Its just taking up space in the garage, and space is at a premium...

Sounds like the beginning of some kid's dream bike to me. Possibly try a shim and smaller seatpost? If you can get a hold of a seatpost within .5 or so mm, maybe try that?

I have no idea where I am
Make a bong out of it and donate to some unfortunate hippy.
They're easy too find so you won't even have to set a trap.

Nah, on second thought, use the bike bong as bait to catch
some hippies.

You could then sell them to cosmetic companies for
experimentation.

That way you will be doing something about animal cruelty
and improving the over all health and hygiene of your community.

HIPPIES HATE WATER
(Lyrics:D. Nastasi / Music:D.Nastasi)

I 'm just a man, but Dan's got a future with a fast picking hand,
but my brother, my brother like my mother,
they're livin' back in the dead head fad.
Well don't be sad, they may be ugly but they aint that bad.
their only faulter is that they hate water,
and water is something that you gotta have.

Hipies Hate Water, Hippies Hate Water,
Hippies - Hippies - Hippies - Hate Water.

One day I found myself driving myself around.
Then I saw'em like a herd of sheep calling,
"Gimme a ride to the Dead show man"
Well don't be sad, they may be smelly but they aint that bad.
their only faulter is that they hate water,
and water is something that you gotta have.

Hippies Hate Water, Hippies Hate Water,
Hippies - Hippies - Hippies - Hate Water.

Ahhh, donate it ftw...
Dirty Mike, are you guys actively looking for stuff? It would give me an excuse to come down by you and look for a rack for the Subi...

I'd donate it - or find a shim for it.

If you think a 27.4mm seatpost would fit and not hurt the frame - I've got one and that could help you actually keep the bike for yourself if you are attached to it.
