I had a Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA. That's good drinkin' right there.

Don't think we can get it out here, but their Category 5 and Loose Cannon look to be worth a try.
I had Flying Dog Dogtoberfest last night. And I'll be having more tonight to go with the meatballs I'm going to make.

That's pretty good stuff IIRC. That and their pale. Their IPA is not so hot, though.

$16AUS a six pack when I was in Australia. I made tacos one night and I celebrated my Mexican food with a Mexican beer. Most expensive six pack I've ever bought was Corona....how sad is that?

Tonight I sipped on a few beers from a Southern Tier Brewing Company Mixer 12 pack. Their American Ale was tasty, their IPA is not bad.
Off to see The Departed in an hour, gotta keep it chill for a while.

well as i figured, the available beers were different from that list, as they turnover pretty quickly. i had some elysian porter (excellent), rogue anniversary glen (?) (ok), and bear republic hop rod rye (very good).The Full Sail is pretty good. Dark, strong, and thick...just the way I like it! (TMI!!!)

You all need to step up your tequilla game. For all the beer snobbing that goes on on this site to be drinking Cuervo for any reason other than getting blitzed is lame. Gotta step up to some Don Julio, or Pattron. Myself, I was drinking Bambino, wich is a bootleg tequilla I buy down in Mexico, it's cheap, and easily the best represado style tequilla I've ever had. Too bad it's not available in the States, you have to know a guy, who knows a guy to even find it in Mexico.
I drink whatever gets rid of the aweful cotton mouth from this bud.

Uhh.... OK. I've had some "excellent" tequila on occasion and while not like Cuervo Gold I wouldn't have called it "good."
It must be sorta like that whole Single Malt thing.
i'm sure it does, but it is also expensive. that said, i still would like to try some good tequila. cuervo isn't all too smooth when you drink it straight but it is still delicious. so if the more expensive stuff tastes better than cuervo i think it would be great! :biggrin:
