i don;t think i care to name everything in my camel back, there's barely enough for water in there. sometimes holds the helmet cam. other then that ALL of the above. cept maybe a headset press, but thats what the hammer and piece of wood is for

welli use mine for work at the moment, so in my mule.
3L of juice, normally orange or lemon diluting juice, or a mixture of both, normally does for the whole day.
bike gloves.
work gloves.
lunch box.
multitool.
knife.
allsorment of small handy tools that get regular use at work.
security card.
wallet.
phone(sometimes).
mp3 player, when not in use.
keys.
pump/spare tube/levers (just in case the commuter blows one of the crappy tubes it running).
bike lock, strapped securly to the outside.

err there may be more but thats all i can remember at the moment.
