Style is subjective, but ugly is ugly. I want to hear what you think is the ugliest pig on the mountain. This thread is for fun, so don't take it personally when your bike gets picked on ;)

Here are three of my pics to get things started...

1: '99 Giant ATX Team. 3 colors, and all ugly ones :dead: The frame wasn't bad, but it was a paintjob only a sponser could love :sneaky: I'd know, I had one! I think I sold it cause my eyes were bleeding.

2: Risse Lassen DH. Fuggin erector set, fugly

3: Hood Mussell. Burly no doubt, ugly no doubt either! :blah:

It almost looks as if the effective head angle would be steepest under full compression. It'd be an endo machine if I've ever seen one.

I broke my foot in mammoth last week. There are a few jumps that sit right on a saddle on the mountain that get some mean crosswinds. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon so it was pretty windy and like a dumbass I thought I would just wait for an opening. I got the bike taken out from under me and landed in a tripod from probably about head high. Stupid. Kind of good timing I guess because after it happened, I was stripping down my bike for manintence/boredom and found a crack on it. So yeah, northstar ate mine too. Of course I got a replacement two days after I called turner so now I'm bumming again.

Zedro: thanks for speaking up so we didn't have to. :D Seriously though, you know you get badass points for being able to say "see that bike? it's mine." and really mean it in every possible way.

i just know its badass...some people simply dont have very good taste :D

The last Sintesi DH frame that looked like a Rotec....any Tomac bike...especially 6 shooter....any Rotec.....

That lime green Super 8 with the Deemax wheelset.....
....any bike made by KHS.....

Balfa...your choice. I don't like the look of any of them.

There are others but Balfa always comes to mind when this question gets asked.

Them new Turner bikes are alright but that old Turner DH is about as clunky looking as you can get. Butt-ugly. :-)eek: I can see the stampede of Turner supporters....:D)

The Super 8 had its moments

OLD IronHorse Dh design.

GT Idrives...never did warm up to them.

That old shockwave was pretty fu-gly too.

I have a love/hate with the Demo9 it changes depending what mood I am in.

The M-1's are pretty bland

Devinci's are an acquired taste that I haven't found yet.

The older yeti's DH Pre mono frame.

Old Foes Weasel (I like the mono/pipe Dh chasis, but that weasel...yuck)

The storm was funny looking

The Rock lobster

Hairy Gary

there are so many....not many of them were made to look good heck everyone was just trying to figure out what the heck they are supposed to build...it was a big experiment. :D

behind you with a snap pop
The bikes that make me want projectile my 2 hour old fajitas across the room
are the ones that not only are ugly, but really suck as well.
Like the KHS eyesore, and RM9s. Oh God, I sourburped just typing them.
And that old Trek DH bike. I lost a pint of blood out of my eyes just staring at it.
