What's with the RM ad?

Is it me or what? Every time I jump on the forums the RM ad for tees and
water bottles pops up on the right side of the screen like an erecting penis.
Gets me everytime, I keep thinking I am on the wrong forum, hahhaaahaa

Firefox + Adblock plus addon. All free, cuts out all that crap on websites.

Ad blockers stop the ad impressions, so they are literally removing money from the Ridemonkey coffers that we're using to cover hosting costs, time for upgrades, patches or bug fixes, news articles including all of the Interbike coverage...

Not trying to preach here - but anyone who's using an ad blocker, I just respectfully request that it's turned off for RM. I use an ad blocker and have whitelisted RM and a couple other sites because my ad impressions count, too.

Everyone's gotta make their own choices. Just remember that you're using this place for free and the ads are the only way we can keep it running.

In terms of the actual ad, is it just the standard water bottle/t-shirt ad or is it causing problems? Couldn't figure out from the original post if it was an annoyance or a curiosity...

No problems, just thought it was funny more than anything. The way the guy pops up with the sock hat just looks phallic that is all. Annoying myself with it because I keep
thinking I am on my porn site and I try to avoid the male enhancement ads. Hahahaha
