That film has very quietly become a favorite of a lot of people. Franka Potente has a unique presense on screen.
It was good enough for the Simpsons to make a knock off episode.

Jenny: I seriously think it's time for you to move on and stop this broken-heart stuff.
Rick: All right. So... you wanna hook up?
Jenny: You're gonna have to try a lot harder than that, Rick.

NORCAL is the hizzle
The Princess Bride is definitely classic:

"You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."

Koyanis-whatever is really cool.

So is Basket Case. :)

You Rad and BMX Bandits fans should check out Joe Kid on a Stingray.

Oh man! BASKET CASE!!!!! Now that movie was just awsome. :thumb:

Love The Princess Bride. So much so that we had a friend of ours read an excerpt from the book at our wedding.

I saw RAD. It's good. Not "Collective good", but close.

3 Movies I've seen Recently...

1. Joe kid On a Sting Ray - The History of BMX - Crazy that I and my family was a part of the beginning of BMX www.JoeKidOnaStingRay.com

2. Lords of Dogtown - Great movie that describes how skate boarding got started and the saying "Skate boarding is not a crime."
and the beginning of Powell & Peralta who later basically gave Tony Hawk his start.

3. Crash - What a crazy movie - By far the best "Hollywood" movie I have seen in quite a long time. I recommend it highly.

For me, I'll take Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory- the original with Gene Wilder. Jonny Depp may have tried to capture a similar feeling, but was no way close.
I like em both.

Johnny Depp did not try to recapture what Wilder did in the first. He tried to capture more of the character in the book. It seems that the author wasn't terribly pleased with the Wilder version. (The book is darker then the original movie)

I just ordered another set of Performance Loco wheels for $150. Not sure why, but it seemed too good to pass up.

Looks like I need to get the book then to better understand what was intended.

Oh, and any of the cartoon films (Ice Age, Monsters Inc., etc) that have come out.
