What's your "oh shit" non-pack riding kit look like?

Since this has been brought up recently in other threads, and Sandwich's min/max thread as well, whatcha got? Mostly out of curiosity, and to get other ideas!

Trying to add some pics and things are going wonky...

I hate strapping crap on my bike and refuse to do it. Even water bottles are not allowed.

New bike has a compartment in the down tube though and I'm debating on what I prefer more, gummi bears or gummi worms.

where the trails are
I don't have anything strapped to my frame either, and I don't have in-frame snack storage.
I do carry more first aid things than I used to, as we seem to be having less frequent but more messy crashes. (gauze, steri-strips, glue, etc.)

I'm a frame packer. Can no longer ride with a backpack.

Short local rides, stacked loops (1-2hrs):
OneUp pump with EDC tool, bacon/spike, quick link, water bottle, tube strapped.

Longer ride/loop (3-4 hours):
Evoc hip bag with packable rain coat, mini Stan bottle, tire levers, medic kit, 2L blatter and food.

I have a larger Camelback bag for 6-8 hours epic rides (rare occasions nowadays). I just pack way more food and water.

I did a lot more road riding in the past year and was reminded how convenient the pockets are on a traditional cycling jersey.

Winter rides mean old XC jersey or Race Face Stash tank as the first layering bit. Love the three pockets! Summer sees several old ones which have had the sleeves hacked off. Works well in the stupid heat/humidity here.

That and a 32oz. bottle and the "oh shit kit" is good for ~ 2 hours. Once it's longer or hot/humid, the Enduro Satchel gets used. HAven't used the full Osprey pack in a year, maybe two.

I have the oldest long sleeve that I love from 1999 but all elastic bands are crumbling. Love it has 3 pockets. I have not been able to find a replacement that is loose fitting. I have no idea when we went away from this.

I forgot about these! Bundle of zip ties in each handlbar. Tight enough they don't rattle or make any noise or vibration that is noticed.

And the Birzman micro shock pump. No gauge obviously, but goes along sometimes. Takes a bit if you were to air up a whole (not reccomended) fork or shock, but for just topping up a few psi, it's not too bad.

Tell me moar about this small shock pump.
You serious, Clark?

Nothing much else to tell. This one is about 20cm long and a ~ 1.5cm dia at it's widest point. Removed the original handle bit and replaced with an old barrel nut - overall lenngth is ~2cm short. Weighs 47gms. If you really want, I can do some science type shit and get an estimate of psi per pump on a fork or shock.

Looks like they no longer make this one. One on their site now has a tiny inline gauge and is 27cm longer, says about 3cm width.

Same. No more back packs.

Riding locally, we don't even bring tools or anything anymore. I usually just have water and the OneUp EDC lite tool.

Longer rides, I'll strap a real multi tool, tube, co2 and tire levers to the bike. I bring this in bike parks too; I'd rather ride slowly down than walk.

Really long rides, I'll use a hip pack for extra water/beer. And maybe my Gerber multitool pliers/knife thing if it's far.

I like frame bags, bar bags, only time I use a backpack is distance and water/snacks only.

Twinsix has bibs that have pockets, they might be the greatest thing ever.

Well that sucks, I really want a small pump like that for my fatbike that takes up minimal space, because manitou is stupid and doesn't use coil springs. 230mm (the Salut) is effectively the same as every other shock pump. 270mm is way too long.

Nevermind, looks like Topeak makes one, 210cm, same no-gauge style!
