I’ve built most of the wheels I’ve ridden over the past 10+ years. I’m refurbishing my road bike this winter and didn’t have great luck sourcing wheel components. My tolerance for ordering from 3 different places, all international was exceedingly low at this point. I looked around and saw that wheelbuilder.com had what I wanted or very close to it in stock, so a few clicks and that was it. I ordered this morning. This evening, I received the shipping notification. I thought it was a mistake at first, but no. They built and shipped the same day. Impressive!
