Im building a steelhead and Im trying to be a little bit of a weight weeny. I've never owned a light bike and would like to actually try to make this one a bit feathery. I already have a rear 24"... the hub is hot... its a Ringl'e but the rim is a fat lard... a mag 30. I need to nab a front wheel and Im worried about weight distribution if I dont get a mag 30 front. Think theres gonna be a problem? I think I might just have to stop being lazy and re-lace the rear hub with something lighter and nab the same rim for the front. Any suggestions for a cheap/ light rim? Cheers,
Nate

I have a Funn 48x24. it's not quite as heavy as the mag...well...i dont think it's even close. it's like 3 lbs for the whole wheel. convertable hub. rim or disc brakes. i love these wheels, but i need to get some 26's.
