Looks Flexy <-- Had to be said
and it probably is too !
I bet it rides like poop.
be nice to see what the final price to build it is. i'd break in in the first mile with my fat a$$!!!
Starting with $15K wheels......
I emailed velonews.com to ask them to include the price with the weights of the components....I'm curious as to what the cost is
Well, they started as $15k wheels, but are custom, so they're probably closer to $1M.
looks kinda heavy. i know that i wouldn't want to drive it!
a 13.85 lb squishy bike? well f*ck me.
i found this place. looks like it's a candy store for lightweight parts.
With a 49g handlebar. I wonder if the stem is tooth friendly, made of foam or butter, perhaps?
Wow, I was happy when My Roadie hit the 19.7 mark.
I have a friend that obsesses about the weight of his bike and spends hords of money on it. He has a Scott Addict and its down to around 12 lbs. Cool bike, but not worth the money IMO
One of my roadies is ~15#.
(of course, it's my single speed )
Yeah really, I rather lose weight from me before the bike. I still have about another 20 lbs I can remove without a problem. Hell of alot cheaper too!!!
the cost per gram is a lot less on your body than your bike
Most likely bar tape.
