Where are all the US Open pics?

several photographers told me that the media creditials limited them from offering photos to the public for a fee.
i remember seeing this funny tidbit: "all photos are property of Diablo Freeride Park"
Sea Otter has something close. They have paid "photographer" out there shooting for a large company who have sale rights. I gave my Otter pics away the last few years!
Actually, sort of. Sea Otter is limited to sales to the public (ie: riders). Diablo wants to hold the rights of every photo taken at their event. IH8Rice has it spot on. so the "free" in Diablo FREEride Park is a misnomer?
