Lumpy,

Contact the WTB distributor in the UK. They should have these for you. if you can't get from there we can source from the US.

I bought it from supergo in the US. It looks like it has been ripped off somehow. I am trying to do a search for WTB distributors in the UK, otherwise I will get back to you Ska todd on sourcing one for me from the US if that is okay. Otherwise I cant wait to get riding it.

I guess the part has just broken of, what are these things called? are they easy to fit or does it involve a new hub?

A "spacer for a 20mm hub" that you need. Specify driveside or non-driveside. Depending on the hub, it may be held into place with a spring clip, or just fitted loosely and then held in place when you tighten the axle.

They are called "20mm hub endcaps" I believe. They probably were "borrowed" for warranty or fell off in transport. Did you check the parts box/bags for them? Sometimes small/loose/spare parts will get placed in there by the factory.

Your quickest route will be thru the UK distro. If shipped from the US it will take time and may get hung up in customs. If you can't get thru WTB UK pls email me todds @ ironhorsebikes.com.

I had the exact same issue when I ordered an IH years ago from stupidgo. I called them and told them I needed it. Instead of doing the logical thing and sending just that piece, they sent an entire wheel...which I had to send back. For what it was worth, I had also called WTB and they had told me they would have shipped one out for nothing if I needed it. I figured supergo should correct their own error, not WTB

Yeah, you're right (and skatodd as well). By all rights, all the consumer should do is call Supergo...supergo should then have the distributor drop-ship the item to the consumer. Reality, however, says that won't happen...calling wtb direct is probably the most efficient, pain-free method of business at this point.

Yep, cause you'll spend an hour on the phone with Superblow trying to describe the part you need to someone who hasen't ridden a bike since they were 5, and wouldn't know a hub from a headset.

Not to jump on the hating Supergo bandwagon but I have just been transferred to four seperate people so far and have just been transferred to the first person who answered my call. They said call next Thursday for an answer. So yes I'll PM you Todd.

Otherwise the bike looks lush and I expect it will ride as goodas it looks

other than the fact that the SGS frame is a fantastic frame at an even more fantastic price, the fact that Ska Todd and DW are regulars on the best DH forum ever is an even better reason to buy it

It's sorta a weird part that not every shop/distro would stock. Since WTB UK doesn't stock it I am having it shipped from the US.

ps...Props is also due to Dan at WTB for getting this handled pdq.
