I was up Fromme Sunday, it was nice. Good weather, no one on the trails I hit (Espresso, Pipeline, Natural High and Lower Griffen), but a lot of folks riding and walking up and down the road. We are doing a group raid on Seymour Sunday, and Julie and I will be at SST on Saturday most likely.

the best way to go:

warm-up on cypress on sexboy->family guy. Go back up for either 5th->roach hit or cherry -> both roaches. Leave and hit up seymour. Toss a few laps in, and head to black bear pub for apres bike refreshments.
