Ha, I assumed it was because I use Waterfox browser and it just won't let you have anything fancy.
Ugh, cleared history on safari, iPhone and now have the word “fancy” in place of the monocle emoji.
Yeah, there's an issue with the CDN for the site that isn't letting me perform certain admin functions. Working on it this week now that I'm back from my work trip.

For me its the opposite - load fine on my phone but not on my laptop.I guess it was a lie
It's missing on my phone, but loads fine (cached?) on my laptop.
