Yeah, easy to say for Lindsay Graham, who has supported the war since the start and continues to advocate it today. He's not saying "we should cut off funding so we can end this silly war," he's baiting the Democrats into a position he KNOWS they will not take because it is too unpopular. Effectively, he is just using more politics to create a lose-lose situation for the Democrats. There's nothing insightful here; Graham is only saying this because it suits his end of continuing the war with full funding and without any bad press.
