Picked up the kids from forest school at 4. Went for pizza somewhere local, that also has a the best ice-cream in town close-by. Made it home without fighting traffic, in time for a quick shower and tick-check, and there's still time for tv for them.

The uphill part isn't that bad. I'd do that all day over a climb up Belcher.

Shit. I wish we were provided that level of PPE.
Rain stopped, then scattered clouds so i took the kayak out. Furthest part of the lake when the squalls hit ant the temperature dropped. Wind chop, rain and gusts that blew me sideways. Had on fleece under a goretex suit. I had a blast
