Rode at the place behind work for the first time in years. Probably the nicest thing I can say about the company not following its own procedures is how they put up no trespassing signs and let people build sketchy ass trails and don't bother people who ride them. I assume they actually care what goes on there though as it isn't a homeless camp or giant meth lab.
