So it might be a little early, but my friends and I are planning a trip next year.
We're going to stay in Whistler for about 3 months, and there's five of us.
We were thinking about renting a house or an apartment.
Where should I start looking ? what are the normal prices for a place like that ?

hate to be that guy but search around a bit...i think there is a new thread for 'where to stay in whistler' once a week...usually followed by another asking what the best method for traveling with bike is.
