So I recently went to see a nutrionist and discovered something very interesting. My body processes high glycemic carbs the way most people process low glycemic carbs (they stick with me a lot longer). So basically avoiding the "bad carbs" these past few months has been backfiring on me. Basically my metabolism in general is whacked thanks in part to restrictive dieting in my teens...lucky me
But it does feel good to get the green light to eat all those "bad things" everything is saying not to eat these day
