Between a rock and a hard place.
There is a group of young monkies from NC that post here and frequently have photos of their rides, dirt jumps and shuttle runs.
Most of them ride Enduro's or Big-Hits.

Do you mean the SC crew? Brad rides a Bighit and James had an enduro until he got his Transition.

PM T-Pirate, CuriousCaptian, or Bradical.

I think Dhrider16...something lol rides with them too. Check MTBR...they post there a lot more.

The huckmeisters are from NC, but I know the guys from Greenville, SC post here a good bit too. And at least 2 of the guys Ive rode with from SC had enduros. There are also the Hick Hucksters from NC, not sure if they post anything here or not though.

Not much man, Im trying to get my bike together. My back wheel is so out of true the tire hits the frame and I think my fork is about dead. As soon as I get it together Im going to try to get a group of people to come up to NC. Im also going to try and come up for the Asheville street comp and the Monkeyfest thing. Sucks not having a car down here though. Next year I will and will probably come up to NC every weekend I can.

sweet man yeh theres the gvegas crew and there is also my crew but im the only one who frequents this forum. biggins i say take him to brown mountain. or pisgah one of the two. :thumb:

i couldnt tell you biggins took me and it was the sweetest ride ive ever been on. even with the like 9 miles of uphill. but #9 is so worth it. biggins can tell you where it is at

sweeet!! let me know when your coming down, i'll drive over to ash-vegas to ride with the infamous DT! heck, if you get too much of the mountains (if that's possible) you can head over to our stuff over here in the triad. lots of really sick up and coming spots.

Yeah, lets ride! T-pirate is out of town at a funeral, but should be back tomorrow, and got his big bike working sweeet again, so I'm sure he'll be down for some riding.

I think we should get a ride going this weekend ben. I took the SAT last weekend and soccer hasn't started just yet... so must enjoy freedom. I'm sure Vince and eric will chime in soon as well.

All his old people pass away at the same time. Ben, Are you guys suposed to get sh!tty weather this weekend? You down for some shuttles? Bennett/ perry?

Well unfortunately TP is what we call a necrofeeliac (sp.) Dead people get his hotzone going and therefore he makes funeral excuses to go get busy with the decaying. Its a rather sick deal but TP is a pinner, ripper shredder gnar hucker so it cancels it out.

its supposed tp be pretty ugly this weekend but i dont really care. as long as it isnt too ugly.

hey man names eric. im one of those nc kids. if the weather cooperates and we can drive in it then were riding, and of course biggins you can come it will probly be early though so if you want to get your lazy ass out of bed then were more than happy to have you. were going to hit perry cove and maybee avery creek. 2 best dh in my opinion in pisgah so its going to be a good ride. the only downside is all the hike a bike perry only has like 100 yards but avery has like 1 1/2 miles of it but the dh is so worth it. okay man hope to see you sunday ill pm you back with more details.
