you do realize that the majority of those games are determined well in advance, right? Perhaps you want more prime time air, but the actual games are pretty much set years earlier.

You have your division games, can't change those. The out of division but in conference games rotate each year, so there is a set schedule for those as well. IIRC, there are only 2-4 games that aren't set ahead of time.

So, feel free to bitch about those few games - we all feel sorry for you.

To expand on that a little, every division also plays an out of conference division. It looks like the AFC North and the NFC East are all playing eachother this year. So between those, your matchup between with the AFC South and your own division leaves only two games (Pats and Chargers) not in the rotation. Those will be very good games so I don't know how you can complain.

To expand on the expansion a little bit. The last 2 games are also kind of set. If you were first in your division you will play the first place finishers in the same conference of the divisions you are not already playing.

yep... I see the steelers with a 10 loss season this year! :disgust1:

loosing Faneca who was one of the only ones holding back the rush of the defense will prove costly!

this is going to be a rough year made worse by a rough schedule! I hope I am wrong, as I am a diehard Steelers fan, but it doesn't look good! I am praying for a good draft... if not a bunch of good pub draughts

Cris Carter predicts the Patriots will have another 16-0 regular season.

I haven't even looked at the Rams' schedule. It doesn't really matter. They're not going anywhere.

It's not that bad. The out of conference schedule is tough but the rest of their conference sucks. The Browns will be their toughest competitor.

based on last year's Strength of Schedule, the Pats have the easiest road this year as this year's opponents have a record of less than .400!
ESPNRadio made the point that the Patriots didn't have to do a lot of traveling last year, never went west, and in the last month of the season only had to travel as far as Baltimore. This year they have four west coast trips (Seattle, San Francisco, Oakland, San Diego).

I'm sure they are really worried about those 49er, Raiders and Seahawk games.

I think expansion has diluted the talent in the NFL and has ruined some of the parity.
