I figure since EVERYONE is riding FS now, there has to be a bunch of these things laying unused in parts bins all over the place. Cut me a deal. My back hurts.

Is this spam?

Get in shape or get a dualie, boy!
Im getting in shape. Actually my back isnt that bad, with the carbon post I have and the Ti rails on my saddle, I get a bit of flex that helps smooth out the trail a bit, but to be honest, Im worried about a catastrophic failure.

I have a thomson i could put on there, but then Id lose all my flexiness. So if I can get a nice suspension post, well, that'd be ideal.

...maybe you guys could just tell me what I should ride that YOU would be happy with. That seems to be what's important here.

As if the ti/carbon/steel interface weren't enough...

Your carbon post should be just fine. I'd be more concerned about taking a broken aluminum post to the taint.
