If, as the website guesses, she has recorded their 'conversations,' we may know at least some of the truth. And even if it's not admissible in court, it will damage his rep beyond repair...even if the conversations are being used out of context and were actually consensual at the time. I dont think it has been said that he would fire her if she didnt do what he said, just that he repeatedly tried to bag her. Now, she's looking for a payday of course, when she simply could have filed a grievance with the HRO or something, but you know how that goes.
