Explanation: they probably meant "cabron" which is like "fucher", and a comonly used insult, not "carbon" which means charcoal.
Gusano or worm is commonly used to describe anyone who fled Cuba during the revolution or anyone who doesn't support the revolution.
I figured he meant cabron too, carbon isn't much of an insult unlike the rest of the phrase.
