yeah, no one does CS like Haley. When I called about my hub, to ask some "semi" technical questions about the difference between generations, the lady who answered the phone(who I think is the owners spouse) was able to answer everything right off the cuff. Super helpful.

Hadley has a distributor in the Philippines who is a real high tech go-gettery. They took 5 minutes to create a Facebook page.

I just bought a new set of Hadley hubs and the owner's manual document listed a website under their contact info. I lol'ed because I know they don't have one, so I'm not sure if they are just trolling everyone or if they made a website once and then forgot to renew it...
This is a true story. My in-laws next door neighbor is brothers with the guy that makes these hubs. I probably have his business card somewhere. At the very least I can ask his brother for his info.

I have about 3,200mi on the Hadley hubs I bought a couple years back. Maybe I should open and clean the fw at some point this year.
Still around I rebuilt some 3 weeks ago for a customer.
Ha, same I have about 3000 miles on a set I bought in 2016 and have never touched them. They just work. I recently removed the front endcaps to replace with the boost conversion kit and the bearings are still super smooth. The rear does feel not quite as smooth, so maybe a service is in order...next year perhaps.
Oh and the lack of a website in 2024 is still amazing. At least I can get whatever hubs and parts are needed from https://www.balleracing.com/ and Erik is very responsive and knowledgeable.
Hadley does have a phone number though. About a year ago when I tried to convert my rear hub from microspline to standard HG, my spacers and bearings were letting the frame make contact with my cassette when clamped down.
A quick phone call and they didn't even miss a beat. The person who answered the phone rattled off the problem and the solution without having to think about it.
I sent them my freehub and they had it turned around in 2 weeks.

Arrgh, I should have pulled it down when it skipped the first time.
Must move around a bit under load, maybe because of the now uneven pawl loading....?

Still pretty bummed as it's only done about 1200Miles.
In ~two years I've spent about $1800 on rear hubs and the only fully serviceable one is the stock Shimano one from my Norco Torrent.

Are you breaking all of these on the same bike?
No.
I'm going with this one wasn't quite right from new and the seal didn't help, the Novatec Premium's drive ring wasn't pressed in straight and the QVIST is just a bad design(in my opinion).
I'm not normally a destroyer of hubs, my last hub was one of the lightest on the market and it was skip free for ~3yrs..
