I always have trouble getting it down below the RM limit. What is it? 5K or something like that. I am using PhotoShop, though I am only a novice user. Any tips from you avatar creatin' fools out there? It took a long time to get my jolly roger sized down enough.

ok, imageready..I need help with it. when I have the images at 4-up and I want to save one of the smaller ones..how is it done!? I keep getting the circle with the slash through it..help!
