WSB radio:

Pre-Abortion Sonogram?
ATLANTA (AP) The House approved a measure Monday that would require doctors to offer to show patients requesting an abortion an ultrasound image of the fetus if an image was made.

Representative James Mills of Gainesville, urged lawmakers on both sides of the abortion issue to adopt the legislation.

Representative Ed Setzler of Acworth said the Legislature should send a strong signal that it "supports the right of all individuals, no matter how fragile.''

what else could they show? c'mon, let's get more imaginative & manipulative than a bunch of buggery legislators

And look at the location. Surprise, surprise...

edit: I want the option to take the aborted fetus home in a tastefully decorated giftbox.

and if an ultrasound image doesn't thwart her, there's always the perfunctory sympathy cards

i wonder if any of them have digital music chips that play a cute music box song when you open them.

How is a 10 week foetus an 'individual'? Seriously.
Remember, it's one of God's precious creations, until it pops out of the vagina. At that point, it's another minority welfare mouth leeching off our tax money that we'll have to incarcerate for drug use in 18 years...

Watchin' you. Writing it all down.
http://www.foxnews.com/wires/2007Apr12/0,4670,AbortionUltrasound,00.html

A legislative panel on Thursday dropped a measure from an abortion bill that would have made South Carolina the only state to require women to review an ultrasound images of the fetus before terminating a pregnancy

"It's not forcing a woman to do something against her will," said Sen. Linda Short, the only woman in the Senate and a member of the subcommittee that dropped the measure.

Short, a Democrat, expects the new version of the bill to easily pass the Senate, leading to a showdown with the House, whose members have passed a version that includes the ultrasound requirement.

Dipped in chocolate first I assume. Twins and multiples would make for a nice sampler.

Not to mention sometimes they sneak in chicken fetuses and you can't tell the difference.
