That is because there is not even anywhere to get the links from.
Hell, last week, Velonews did not even bother putting up the Idaho results.
And USA Cycling was the FIRST website to have up any info.
That can only mean that the end of the world is near.
Prepare for the locust.

Just means most aminstream MTB/cycling media can't even be bothered to travel to races anymore. The rest of us who want to, simply cannot afford to travel an entire circuit to report to a free audience. :(

Yeah, I was not complaining as much as I was just stating how it is these days.
The tour gets live updates whenever somebody so much as takes a leak in the stage, and for the red-headed stepchildren of cycling, we wait 3 days to find out the scoop.
I guess it could be worse, we could be into trials. ;)

Hey man, that's just how it is isn't it? :dead:

It sucks but without some industry support, there is no way guys like us can travel to bring these said companies publicity. Its a catch 22 unfortunately because most of us are the best places to get information from these supposed marketing events, only we cant get there. I for one HATE printing press releases, but what am I supposed to do? At least Keri Fagan is good at what he/she does.

Obviously we dont want to charge for content, as that is retarded. But until we get support from the industry, we simply can't do it.
