Why are people still talking about Obama and Blagojevich?

CHICAGO – President-elect Barack Obama said Monday a review by his own lawyer shows he had no direct contact with Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich about the appointment of a Senate replacement, and transition aides did nothing inappropriate.

Obama pledged to make the review public, but said he decided to hold off because prosecutors asked for a delay and "I don't want to interfere with an ongoing investigation." U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald released a statement confirming the request.

Hey, he's the one that said he wanted a transparent administration. Emanuel has something to do with this probably. Slow news cycle, it'll die as the hoopla for the inauguration heats up, mainly who'll be playing at the balls.

Obama will tell us that these are not the droids we are looking for, to move along, nothing else to see here.

i think there's a large number of busybodies who will never be satiated with others' successes, and these fvckers are everywhere from our HOAs to city councils to airwaves.

it's once again time to water the tree of liberty with the strained pulp of obama's fake birth certificate

in this respect, obama is reagan-esque (the teflon president)
Frankly, I don't think Obama had anything to do with this.

His family is plenty wealthy, and he is making all the appointments for the entire federal government.

There is no reason why he would take a payoff. He probably had a list of recommendations, while understandable since this is his seat, there will be an attempt to make him look bad for this list.
