I kind of think it's funny that every got bitchy because some people turns rotors and some don't. I personally do it every other time, if I can get away with it. I haven't rear ended anyone, but I learned that I am irresponsible because I didn't turn them. I will tell you that I used way better pads than they do at the dealership, and I check them periodically. Oh yeah - this was about why it was closed. It was closed because it didn't go the way they wanted it to. Apparently it was for us to feel sorry for someone having to pay out of the ass to have spark plugs changed.
