I don't care if you think Landis is guilty or not, but our national body continues to align itself with groups that can't follow their own rules. You would think that when facing the possiblity of destroying someone's livelihood they would follow proper procedure.

thats a very interesting article, extremely well written too. it would be interesting to see if with the amount of blunders and neglect of the doping codes that the UCI has done in landis case, if the lawyers wont be able to sidestep the whole issue and get landis free on the grounds of due process.
when i heard mcquaids declaration about them leaking the information before the lab did "because it would leak anyway" i thought it was outrageous.
