Few weeks back when swapping the year old cranks cranks from one bike to another the self extractor bolt stripped out with possibly some of the threads of the crank arm just below specified torque. I contacted RF direct and they had me send in the whole thing.

He said that they cranks were in fine shape but he was going to ship me new arms just to be sure. Today a brand new set of arms showed up... and Bonus, they threw in a new BB as well.

i broke a chain ring tab on a Diabolous crank and didnt bother to send it in for 2 years. i finally contacted them and after sending it in, they sent a brand new set of Atlas FR's in Stealth w/ the BB.

I like my Race Face stuff too. Never have had a problem with it.

I do wish the extracting bolt was on the non-driveside though!

 but then you'd have to remove the bb just to change chainrings...
lol wut???
my MRP Camber cranks have the extractor bolt on the non drive side and i never had to remove the BB to change chain rings
having it on the non drive side makes setting up the chainline easier.
