I did. You can find it from multiple sources. Unfortunately, it's hard to look at what the other side said, when it's always "no comment." Not a single readily available conservative news source has mentioned this issue, let alone written an article about it. This has always been their MO (and a smart one, politically):
1. ignore any dissent or negative publicity, as addressing it only makes it credible, until mainstream coverage reaches a critical mass
2. when critical mass is reached...
2a. attack the source
2b. attack your opponents for semi- or un-related issues
2c. dodge questions with stock phrases unrelated to issue
2d. last resort, dispute facts
The closest thing I was able to find for a justification for not releasing it, was someone saying "it's not finished. it's just a draft," which is a glaring contradiction of earlier statements. Additionally, NO ONE has invoked the "it's a security issue" defense.
