After experiencing the chairlift at Mammoth, she was hooked on the glide up, ride down concept.......

I ride an AC and my wife loved riding it. I thought that Giant had discontinued the AC (obviously I was wrong). Found just the bike for her today.......

I hope that it keeps her stoked on the sport! She is soooooo happy! :thumb:

    P.S.

I also test rode a Faith while I was there...hmmm.....

I have a little something in the works.. :sneaky:

I think I'm going to take most of the "stuff" off my AC and stick it on something like a Faith or VP Free or DH bike or "something".

Then I'll build the AC as a trail bike (i.e. lighten it up and swap out the fork for something more appropriate)

We'll see how good eBay is to me ;)

Thats awesome. Why wont you put that old fork on the new AC? You know that Splice will probably be going soon.....

Hat is a great bike. I have the 02 AC Air version with the 1.25 headtube. It's still my main ride.

But of course!!! (If it's mellow...need to start her off slow...)

eBay was not so kind to me. My bike will stay as is, and that's cool 'cause I love my ride, but new stuff is always fun! I must not have been thinking...I WOULD swap the Splice for the Sherman. I'm a little "iffy" on that Splice, but should work for now....(or until her riding progresses....)
