Hi, is there a way to administrate/assign a certain maximum bandwidth in a wifi network? We use a usr8054router and I have the admin power:pirate2:. I just think that it's more important to assign bandwidth to the monkey and bike related things than to soccer and german gasmask porn, which is what my flatmate uses the internet for.
thanks!

This shows that you don't have any bandwidth management options for your router. Sorry, you're out of luck unless you want to buy a new router. Only thing you could do would be to set up some options that would cut off his internet access (or parts of his internet access) entirely.

He could run a junker PC with a networking centric linux distro and use the USR as an AP only.

Here is a tutorial I found for one.
