If it's a 2003, a 2.7 is pushing it. You need to keep your wheel perfectly true at all times and keep an eye on the arches - my buddy as a pretty big gouge in the side of his arch. Stick with a 2.6 or 2.5 (unless it's a Maxxis 2.7 in which case it probably fits fine - they run small).
If it's a 2004, Marz. claims you can squeeze a 2.8 in there... I've got no idea though.
If it's the older style bolt on arch and you've got a blackspire arch in there like me you can fit anything! Even a 3.0 gazzi if you want But the newer forks won't take as large tires.
