Will old rear fox rc shock springs from 2000 fit on new fox rear shocks. It's the same length.

No, unfortunately the RC uses a smaller ID spring than the newer shocks. The DHX needs a 1.38" ID spring (Fox), and 1.43" ID springs will also work (Manitou, Progressive, etc).
