I'm planning to do the Windrock omnium, but have never ridden there. I was wondering if anyone will be there this Sunday, that wouldn't mind showing a new guy around? I'll be on the AM bike and will ride whatever (XC, DH).

If not, is there a map, forum thread, gpx file, or any kind of trail descriptions I could use to find my way around?

I'll be driving over from the Asheville area.
