I'm looking to buy a wireless print server so I can move my monstrous plotter out of my small office and in to my basement.

Any suggestions on which one to buy?
I looked on newegg and the deals seem to be decent but I'm just wondering what else is out there.

I can't imagine a dedicated print server needs much processing power. I mean, as long as it doesn't error or time out and RIPing time isn't of great concern, I'd think even a PIII with 256MB af RAM would work, yeah?

Can you find an 'obsolete' computer at home or work and try it?

Hrmmmmmmmmmm interseting............
I need to keep the thing on 24hrs a day so it seems like a computer would be overkill considering the power it would require to run it.
Interesting way to look at it though.
I would still need to buy a wireless card for the computer and that would run me $40'ish. For anther $20-30 I could buy a small print server.

I got a wireless print server last night.
I need to put it down in the basement so the $40's I spent on the WPS is worth not having to run the ethernet cable thru the floor of my house.
