Looks like I just won a year and a month long fight with United Health Care (the absolute WORST in the business), to the tune of over $15k.
Which couldn’t be better timing, as I pulled the trigger on another Rocky Mountain frame.
(dear god, I have a problem).

Crazy how they ‘found’ the authorization the same day they were contacted by the Colorado Insurance Commission. What a coincidence!

After a year and countless hours fighting with them, this tiny appeal got it solved almost instantly.
