mOOo isn't available yet. Well it is, but as a beta. And to the best of my knowledge they are still trying to nail down ODF before they venture into MS files. And I'm not sure if its iPhone compatible yet either.
I just installed FileAid onto the iPhone, then another piece of software on the Mac and it's working fine. Word docs and PDFs are showing up on iPhone just fine.
